Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor / Dining Room Manager to join our food and beverage team.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with strong leadership skills to coordinate service operations and help provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

As a Restaurant Supervisor / Dining Room Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our food and beverage services by coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your role
- Supervise dining room, bistro, bar, and banquet operations
- Coordinate the work of servers, food service attendants, and hosts
- Ensure effective collaboration between the kitchen and service teams
- Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Handle special requests and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain the establishment's quality standards and procedures
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on various management tasks

Profile we're looking for
- Relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or team supervision
- Strong leadership skills and positive attitude




- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and priority-management skills
- Ability to make decisions and work independently
- Team spirit and professionalism
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Intermediate English to communicate with our international guests
- Knowledge of IQWARE and VELOCE systems is an asset
