Your role as a scheduler involves coordinating activities between our clients, account managers, and security personnel, recruitment team and communicating with them as needed.

Ongoing training and development Portfolio Scheduler Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications Maintain accurate records, documentation,



and system updates Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, etc.) Support onboarding, compliance documentation, and reporting activities Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks Portfolio Scheduler Qualifications Minimum 6 monthsof experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
