What You'll Do Resolve 3-way match exceptions for high-maintenance vendors as identified by the Manager of Merch AP, working directly with vendors or CTC departments to resolve systemic issues and improve the 3-way match success rate. Provide project support as a Subject Matter Expert for Merch AP including accurate current state process details and meaningful input for future state proposals. Complete general ad-hoc reporting requests from the Manager of Merch AP and any ad-hoc or regular reporting requests from external departments as approved by the Manager, Merch AP.
