Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead manufacturing engineers and technicians
• Optimize existing processes and design new product lines
• Lead CAPEX project management from initiation to execution




• Implement continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing
• Collaborate with product engineering for manufacturability

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, P.Eng. certification preferred
• Over 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience in both automated and manual assembly environments
• Strong skills in Lean methodologies and CAPEX project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
