You will be the key onshore hire for GTM Data Strategy, tasked with running complex data pipelines and diagnosing operational issues. Your focus will include refining AI systems, assessing vendor performance, and expanding detection coverage for vital data elements. Collaborating with an offshore team, you will manage the intersection of automation and human oversight, ensuring top-tier data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and execute production pipelines for data quality assurance
• Analyze logs and interpret outputs for data integrity checks
• Design workflows for AI-assisted data enrichment




• Track and refine agent performance metrics for ongoing improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to set acceptance criteria for reporting

Requirements:
• 3–6 years in Data, Sales, or GTM Operations
• SQL proficiency in Snowflake; familiarity with SFDC
• Background in AI workflows and enrichment techniques
• Command-line knowledge for batch monitoring and analysis
• Proven process design and communication skills
