This position is designed for a commercially-minded lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience, ready to take ownership in a agile environment. You will oversee the deal desk, managing contracts and negotiations directly with clients, and partner closely with the Head of Finance & Operations for strategic legal guidance. Your role will also involve collaborating with external counsel, and enhancing Quandri's operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Build contracting templates and negotiation playbooks
• Oversee data privacy and security contract compliance
• Liaise with external counsel to control legal costs
• Contribute to high-impact cross-functional projects
Requirements:
• JD with bar admission and 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in commercial contracting and negotiations
• Understanding of data protection laws
• Excellent communication and commercial judgment
• Adaptable to changing legal landscapes
