Pay Rate: $150,000-$175,000

Responsibilities:
Implementing all systems, procedures and processes
Maintaining high profitability in all areas
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
Tracking performance of Service Advisors andTechnicians
Forecast, target and track monthly sales,



profitsand expense objectives

Qualifications:
Technical knowledge
Excellent organizational and time managementskills
Knowledge of Reynolds/CDK software
5 years of Automotive experience required
3 years of Managerial experience required
Service Manager experience an asset
Automotive dealership experience an asset
