Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Enterprise Architecture function with clear governance practices
• Develop standards and principles for enterprise-wide architectural decisions
• Facilitate senior architecture governance forums for strategic decision-making




• Establish enterprise architecture OKRs, KPIs, and compliance metrics
• Oversee architecture for major programs and modernization initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced education is an asset
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership
• Proven success in governance and compliance measures
• Solid ability to mentor and lead senior architecture teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
