This role seeks an experienced Associate with 1 to 4 years in commercial disputes, aligned with the Law Society of Ontario. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong legal research, drafting skills and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include assisting with trials and arbitrations while advising clients on risk and strategy in dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in complex trials and arbitration proceedings
• Argue motions and attend court hearings
• Conduct witness preparation and examinations for discovery
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal documents
• Provide legal research and prepare comprehensive opinions

Requirements:
• 1 to 4 years of relevant legal experience
• In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong advocacy and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent judgment in legal matters
• Knowledge of commercial litigation processes
