Become the Maintenance & Engineering Superintendent for Seaspan Ferries based in Delta. Ensure top-notch vessel reliability and safety through effective management.

As the Superintendent, you will oversee the essential maintenance and engineering functions that keep the Seaspan Ferries fleet operational. This hands-on role requires robust leadership to ensure maintenance practices meet regulatory standards while fostering cost control and operational efficiency. Your collaboration with various teams will directly influence vessel performance and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement vessel maintenance and repair programs
• Address unscheduled maintenance across the fleet promptly
• Control maintenance and drydock budgets effectively




• Lead engagement with Operations for planning and readiness
• Facilitate training for shipboard personnel and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or apprenticeship
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and communication
• Familiar with legislation impacting marine operations
• Proven project management capabilities
