EisnerAmper seeks a proactive Tax Director to enhance its Employee Benefits practice. With over 10 years in the field, you’ll play a pivotal role in technical deliveries and strategic client interactions. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on tax implications and providing guidance on compliance with federal, state, and ERISA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead employee advantages tax practice development and service delivery
• Advise clients on executive compensation and retirement plan tax implications
• Conduct technical reviews of benefit plan documents and tax filings
• Mentor fellow professionals in the team
• Provide training on emerging tax developments
Requirements:
• CPA, JD, or LL.M. in Taxation required
• 10+ years in employee benefits taxation
• Deep understanding of Sections 409A, 83(b), and 457
• Strong ERISA and payroll tax reporting knowledge
• Proven communication skills for non-technical audiences
