Sierra Construction Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all divisions. You will manage the QMS, COR, and ISO programs, driving continuous improvement and leading audits to address gaps.
You will mentor HSE Coordinators, translate strategy into in office actions, and collaborate with project teams to embed HSE across planning and execution.
