EY’s Incentives and Capital Investments team is looking for a skilled Tax Manager to work with Canada’s leading innovators. You will directly impact how clients leverage government incentives, including Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SRED) programs. This role involves detailed project analysis to ensure compliance, as well as mentoring junior team members in executing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of financial summaries provided by clients
• Analyze legislative frameworks for tax credit applications




• Collaborate with engineers on eligibility definitions
• Draft comprehensive tax memos based on technical details
• Identify additional specialty tax service opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years in Canadian tax or SRED
• CPA or similar legal credential is a plus
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
