As a skilled HS&E; Lead with over a decade in the pipeline industry, you will support teams in identifying safety risks and developing effective programs. Your role will include mentoring advisors, leading safety orientations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while addressing safety concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on HS&E; risk management and controls
• Monitor compliance with regulatory safety requirements
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Champion the leading indicator program for safety
• Conduct site inspections to suggest improvements

Requirements:
• 10+ years of related industry experience
• CRSP certification or Occupational Health and Safety diploma
• Proven experience in safety training and accident investigation
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Successful pre-employment drug screening
