We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team on a major road project. This full time contract position is ideally site-based, requiring local candidates. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining subcontractor forecasts, managing costs, and interpreting construction programmes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontractor account forecasts diligently
• Create detailed cost forecasts across multiple cost categories
• Assist with the administration of Compensation Events
• Assess entitlements using an understanding of Defined Cost
• Collaborate with project teams on commercial reporting

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Senior Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of NEC4 ECC and MMHW
• Strong skills in managing subcontractor accounts
• Confidence in interpreting construction programmes
• Excellent commercial and communication skills
