In this full time role, you'll be responsible for managing a talented team dedicated to developing state-of-the-art waterpark products, adhering to WhiteWater's established processes. You will collaborate with engineers and designers, oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure that all designs meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product innovation with a cross-disciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
• Act as the main technical contact for product-related queries




• Prepare development schedules and resource plans
• Guide teams through prototype testing and evaluations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or equivalent
• Licensed Engineer in Canada or the U.S. preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant product design role
• Proven leadership in diverse teams
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and data management systems
