Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management of surety and trade credit recovery files
• Structure legal matters involving secured creditors and priority disputes
• Represent Intact in legal hearings and arbitrations




• Mentor junior team members on legal processes
• Conduct training for underwriting and claims personnel

Requirements:
• Qualifying degree (LL.B. or J.D.) with Law Society of Ontario membership
• 10+ years of complex litigation experience
• Deep understanding of securities and insolvency law
• Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
