Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exemplary person-centered care across all AgeCare models
• Provide clinical direction and supervision for care staff

• Manage incident reports and recommend actionable solutions
• Evaluate service continuity risks and address them effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing and current BCCNM registration required
• Five years of advanced clinical care experience necessary
• Leadership experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience in Infection Prevention & Control is an asset
• Ability to travel across British Columbia is needed
