Job Summary Responsible for assisting with the packaging of all goods for resale in the packing room. Assist assigned departments as needed.
Vacancy Status: Open
Job Duties Slices/arranges cold-cuts into vacuum packing machines.
Manually package goods into containers/ packaging
Label, code and prepare product for shipping
May assist with the production of food products
Responsible for product quality and consistency
Cleaning of equipment,



machinery and floors
All other duties as assigned by management
Requirements Comfortable working with raw meat products (beef, pork, chicken)
Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for extended periods of time
Demonstrates a willingness to learn
Teamwork skills are required
Working Conditions and Environment Meat packaging and food manufacturing plant
Physically demanding and fast paced work environment
Early morning start (6 am Monday to Friday)
Refrigerated (cool) environment
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
