Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the maturity and continuous improvement of project practices

• Communicate and enforce adherence to project methodologies
• Analyze project performance and develop improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering experience
• Minimum 10 years post-P.Eng. project management experience
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
• Strong political acumen and decision-making skills
