Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure production and repair quality standards
• Assist in training Mechanic Apprentices
• Lead troubleshooting and system improvements
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes
• Promote environmental responsibility in operations

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or GED
• Licensed as a Millwright (2 years experience)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Karmax Software
• Robust communication with diverse teams
