Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday - 8:00am-4:30pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am, 8:00pm-4:30am, 12:00am-8:30am, and 4:00am-12:30pm shifts available – Holidays, as required

At Brimacombe ski area we don’t just offer skiing and snowboarding, we offer a place for all ages to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and create memorable family experiences! We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.

As part ofour Outdoor Operationsteam, Snowmakerswill take a key role (along with Mother Nature) in covering our slopes and helping uscreateunforgettable customer experiences. As a member of the Brimacombe staff, you will also help us in defining the culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Making snow! This involves using water, pumps, snow guns, hoses, air compressors andmore,as well asregularly checking, adjusting, relocating and maintaining the equipment for optimal quality and efficiency

Documenting production rates and conditions

Operating snowmobiles and all-terrain utility vehicles

Charlie-Tango-Alpha-Foxtrot – using radios for communication

Ensuring and maintaining a protected working environment

Working in the great outdoors!





Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older

Ability to stand/work a full shift outside in all weather conditions

Strong communication and time management skills

Self-motivated and dependable, as well as able to work well with others

Attention to detail

Able to operate snowmobiles and all-terrain utility vehicles

Class G Driver's License

Basic computer literacy

Basic mechanical skill set

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs of equipment

Familiarity with pumps, air compressors and other equipment used in snowmaking, preferred

Hiring Timeline

Intermittent paid training will be scheduled mid to late November.

Regular hours will begin early December, dependant on weather.
