Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and manage hourly employees for project completion
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Review and update the construction schedule consistently




• Prepare field change orders and submit for approvals
• Manage subtrade safety and performance throughout projects

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician required
• 15+ years of powerline construction experience
• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Solid understanding of construction costs and budgets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
