Join Ontario Northland Transportation Commission as the Manager of IT Infrastructure in North Bay. Lead critical infrastructure projects, manage resources, and drive strategic initiatives in technology.

The Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of ONTC’s IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Technology and Innovation, you will ensure reliable support for both enterprise systems and cloud services. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability among IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage performance of the IT Infrastructure team
• Execute IT Infrastructure strategy and lifecycle plans
• Oversee availability and security of systems
• Identify and mitigate technology risks
• Collaborate on disaster recovery planning

Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• 6-8 years in enterprise-level technology roles
• Proven leadership in IT management
• Familiarity with IT governance and service management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Drive infrastructure improvements at Ontario Northland through leadership in IT service management and creative technologies.
