The Financial Empowerment team needs a Social Worker to contribute through client counselling, financial education, and tax filing assistance. You will be a key player in the Tax Clinic and develop workshops that enhance financial literacy. Collaborate with clients to navigate financial barriers and connect them to essential resources and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial counselling for client caseloads
• Assist clients with government benefits applications
• Prepare income tax returns and adjustments
• Oversee operations of Tax Clinic and volunteers
• Develop and facilitate financial literacy workshops

Requirements:
• BSW or MSW, Registered Social Worker status
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience
• Knowledge of financial regulations and resources
• Experience in delivering educational workshops
• Robust communication and organizational skills
