Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with AutoPac transactions and renewals

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance
• Completion of Fundamentals of Insurance or a Level 1 license

• Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is advantageous
