As a key member of Solar Provider Group’s North American team, you will focus on legal aspects of solar projects, addressing title, survey, and project closing requirements. Substantial experience in U.S. commercial real estate is critical to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive title and survey due diligence
• Manage curative title processes for multiple projects
• Review and negotiate relevant real estate agreements




• Coordinate project closings and deliverables
• Support legal needs for development initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. real estate law
• Active law degree and U.S. bar admission
• Solid grasp of title insurance and survey practices
• Proficient communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of solar industry practices preferred
