In this position at Prairie Machine, you’ll play a vital role within the application engineering team. Your main tasks will involve designing electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing FAT testing on large mining machinery. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing deficiencies




• Conduct FAT testing on mining equipment prior to shipment
• Design electrical power systems (600V and 4160V)
• Familiarize with ETAP for load flow and short circuit analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Background in BEV or Mining advantageous
• APEGS P.Eng. certification or eligibility is preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD and electrical systems design
