Key Responsibilities:
• Provide gender-affirming healthcare per established guidelines
• Work closely with primary health staff to coordinate care
• Document relevant client information swiftly and accurately
• Facilitate educational in-services for staff and students
• Share on-call duties as part of the physician team

Requirements:
• Doctorate from a recognized medical school
• Registration eligibility with CPSM
• Active CMPA membership
• Certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
• Previous experience in community medicine appreciated
