Join Agnico Eagle as the Site Services Superintendent overseeing activities at the Upper Beaver site in Dobie, Ontario. Your expertise will ensure safe and efficient site services and open pit mining operations.

In this role, you will report directly to the Project Manager and manage the Open Pit & Site Services department. Safety, environmental compliance, and contractor management will be key focuses as you lead site operations. This strategic position challenges you to ensure that all mining contracts meet performance objectives and budgetary constraints while aligning with the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee site infrastructure services and road maintenance
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations




• Coordinate snow removal and dust suppression activities
• Operate and maintain the Water Treatment Plant effectively
• Manage emergency preparedness and response actions

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 10 years of mine engineering or operations experience
• Previous leadership experience for 3-4 years essential
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
