As the Medical Governance Lead, you will direct governance efforts across Canada while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your responsibilities include leading audit readiness and change management initiatives, guiding the Medical Division in implementing effective protocols. Your solid leadership and communication skills will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in medical governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Medical Division governance framework
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies for new initiatives
• Act as point of contact for global governance rollouts
• Engage with leadership on compliance and audit activities
• Drive training initiatives to improve medical governance standards
Requirements:
• University degree in a life sciences discipline
• 3+ years in medical affairs or governance roles
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry codes
• Proficient in both English and French preferred
• Previous experience in audit processes is beneficial
