This role is tailored for a lawyer with 5-7 years of experience in Aboriginal law, capable of independently managing client matters. The position encourages taking on significant responsibilities along with mentorship and collaboration within a values-driven team. Ideal candidates will find meaning in their work and contribute positively to clients and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Indigenous law matters with autonomy
• Advise clients on governance and treaty rights
• Draft and negotiate relevant legal agreements
• Support the development of Indigenous organizational policies
• Mentor junior staff and foster team learning

Requirements:
• Active member of the Law Society of British Columbia
• Proven leadership and client management capabilities
• Solid writing and communication skills
• Organized with effective time management
• Willingness to travel to Yukon as needed
