-Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
-Stay current on AI capabilities relevant to the insurance industry.
Profile -Experience in consulting, software engineering, or data science.
-Understanding of (or strong interest in) the insurance and brokerage domain.
-Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
-Solid communication skills — able to bridge technical and business audiences.
-Fluent in German; English proficiency.
