Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the Currency Processing Department. As an Account Services Representative, you will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing parcels using basic understanding of products and processes in a production environment. Activities will be dependent on a tasks or practical applications with emphasis on throughput, accuracy, and production. This role is not sales oriented.

What will you do?

Open and sort Night Deposit, Commercial & ATM Parcels.

Prep & Bag outgoing parcels to clients and Branches.

Operate the BPS Machine.

Meet established throughput targets with accuracy.

Fully understands and complies with privacy/confidentiality requirements and code of conduct guidelines.

Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, stands and guidelines.

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Incoming and Outgoing Cash Parcels.

Accountable for accurate addressing to ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information is kept in accordance with RBC Policy.

Application of basic knowledge of basic concepts, terminology, and requirements to support area of responsibility and perform well-defined/routine tasks

Technical aptitude and system documentation proficiency

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Flexibility to work various shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm PST
