In your part time role as a Registered Nurse, you will ensure that established nursing standards and policies are met. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, managing nursing staff, and developing care plans. You will also monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance patient care quality in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing principles and orders
• Assist in assessing and monitoring resident care
• Supervise and guide nursing and personal care staff
• Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals
• Step in as nursing department leader when needed

Requirements:
• Valid RN certificate from an approved institution
• Registered or eligible for registration in the province
• Experience in community or long-term care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
