Become the Learning Strategies Manager at Centres for Early Learning, where you will lead efforts in inclusion strategies for early childhood education. This position focuses on enhancing educator skills and child support across all GTHA centres.
In this managerial position, you’ll report to the Senior Operations Director and be integral in building consistent, effective practices for children facing developmental challenges. Your role includes coaching, developing training programs, and fostering partnerships with families and external agencies. Success in this role demands robust knowledge of behavior support, child development, and inclusive pedagogy in early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Learning Strategies initiatives and improvement plans
• Facilitate staff training on support strategies and inclusion
• Collaborate on individualized support planning with stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with educational standards and quality
• Develop effective resources for educators across centres
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• 3-5 years in leadership or educator training roles
• Expertise in supporting children’s diverse needs
• Membership in the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Ability to travel to various CFEL locations
