At the Martin Avenue Club, this role involves developing quality recreational and educational activities for children. You will directly supervise members, ensure their safety, and build robust relationships with families. Additionally, mentoring Activity Leaders and managing behavior support are key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement diverse programming for children
• Supervise and ensure health and safety of members
• Mentor and lead Activity Leaders during activities
• Build strong connections with children and their families
• Prepare nutritious snacks and conduct behavior management

Requirements:
• Education in childcare and program planning experience
• One year of relevant experience in childcare roles
• First Aid and Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License; Class 4 preferred
• Minimum age of 19 as per licensing regulations
