Our client seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR function for its Coastal LNG Canada project. You will act as a bridge between project needs and corporate HR strategies, ensuring effective HR service delivery to around 140 employees. Ideal candidates will have substantial HR experience in construction or energy sectors, excelling in quick-paced, multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary HR contact for the project
• Manage HR processes for a mixed workforce
• Supervise site administration teams across various locations
• Ensure compliance with training and safety procedures
• Coordinate logistical support related to the workforce
Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience in EPC or similar fields
• Proven ability to lead HR in remote environments
• Knowledge of construction-specific contract types
• Ability to travel for site visits regularly
• Familiarity with supervisory roles in HR settings
