Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed store sales goals through key metrics
• Coach team members on driving store KPIs effectively
• Execute the Knix Selling Model to enhance customer experience
• Open and close the store, lead team huddles
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock organization

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Proven success in sales and retail performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for coaching
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
