This pivotal role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, involves leadership across Sherbrooke, Beauceville, and Brantford. You will establish key performance indicators, manage budgets, and promote health and safety standards. Your hands-on approach will inspire teams and foster collaboration with departments such as finance and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire teams on safety, quality, and delivery metrics
• Create and implement KPIs for operations
• Promote environmental compliance and operational excellence




• Develop plans for capital expenditures and process improvements
• Maintain inventory control across all locations

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Operations Management, 10+ years' experience
• Experience in managing multiple manufacturing plants
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Focus on hands-on leadership and collaboration
• Bilingual English and French, and readiness to travel
