CMiC is looking for a passionate API Engineer in Toronto to enhance its comprehensive platform for the construction industry. In this role, you will focus on creating and modifying RESTful APIs while also developing skills needed for the backend database. Your work will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for application needs
• Optimize and enhance existing API functionalities
• Create documentation for code, processes, and tools developed




• Provide thorough code reviews for quality assurance
• Identify issues and develop effective solutions

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, ideally Java
• Robust knowledge of RESTful services and J2EE concepts
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and database concepts
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
