Be part of the Hospital Information System initiative as a Project Coordinator at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington. This temporary, full-time role emphasizes training and project readiness support.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Change Manager to ensure successful project execution. You will coordinate training events, manage administrative tasks, and ensure stakeholder engagement across various operational teams during the project's lifecycle from September to December 2026. Flexibility for variable shifts is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project readiness and change support initiatives
• Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
• Track and report on training implementation progress




• Support readiness activities and workflow validations
• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT, Business, or Health-related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
