Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investment analysis and partnership negotiations
• Create and interpret financial models for strategic decisions

• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts
• Maintain high standards of quality control and risk management

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of senior management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related
• Proven experience with Indigenous communities
• CBV, CPA, or CFA certification advantageous
• Robust people management and project management skills
