In this role, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to generating protected and sustainable waste management designs. Your expertise in geotechnical and environmental engineering will drive assessments, facility designs, and compliance with regulations. Engage with multidisciplinary specialists throughout the project lifecycle to deliver impactful environmental solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design mining waste facilities ensuring safety practices
• Deliver thorough geotechnical and environmental analyses
• Create management plans aligned with regulatory standards
• Assess facility performance and recommend enhancements
• Develop clear technical documentation for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering
• 5-7 years of relevant mine waste experience
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility
• Experience with geotechnical analysis software
• Flexibility to travel to various mining sites
