Your role will involve guiding significant partnerships with industry leaders, investors, and governmental entities. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing intellectual property and promoting technology that contributes to improved mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set the strategic direction for research commercialization at CAMH
• Develop innovative strategies for translating research into products




• Engage with industry and community partners to enhance collaboration
• Provide oversight of intellectual property and commercialization plans
• Negotiate and execute essential partnership agreements

Requirements:
• Advanced Life Sciences degree; PhD/MBA preferred
• 10+ years in leadership within technology transfer or business development
• Proven experience with startup formations and licensing
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead multidimensional teams and initiatives
