In your role at Webber, you will play a critical part in maintaining roadways, bridges, and tunnels, ensuring safety and quality throughout every aspect of your work. Collaborate with the Patrol Supervisor to organize work and lead winter maintenance operations as needed. Robust verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance of roads and tunnels to meet safety standards
• Assist in organizing daily and weekly work activities
• Inspect contractor performance and ensure compliance
• Train junior staff on best practices and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is essential
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance or construction roles
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver's License required
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze and report on maintenance activities
