As a Floor Monitor, you will report to the General Manager HFA, playing a vital role in health, fitness, and recreation programming. Your responsibilities include fostering a positive experience, ensuring facility safety, and maintaining high-quality program delivery. You'll have the chance to engage with community members across various schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a welcoming workplace for all participants
• Ensure safety and security of facility and programs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for equipment




• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Facilitate effective communication with members and staff
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work irregular hours required
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
