Key Responsibilities: • Conduct clinical assessments to support client needs • Provide orientation on service processes and confidentiality • Develop treatment plans with clients within 30 days • Implement wellness plans and crisis interventions • Educate clients and families about mental health resources

Requirements: • University degree in Social Work or Nursing • Two years of relevant experience with vulnerable adults • Registration with relevant qualified college • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies • Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
