Join Lynx's Early Psychosis Intervention team as a Peer Specialist. This full-time position revolves around providing support to young individuals battling early stages of psychosis.

In this role, your unique lived experience will empower you to connect authentically with clients, guiding them through recovery steps. You will provide psychosocial interventions, facilitate group programs, and assist with vocational and educational skills, positively impacting clients’ lives in a respectful and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized support for recovery and empowerment
• Engage in group facilitation and alumni coordination
• Provide comprehensive family education sessions




• Help clients enhance their job skills and education
• Document client progress and necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum two years lived experience in recovery
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Solid familiarity with mental health resources
• Experience in group facilitation and peer support
• Eagerness to participate in continuous training
