Kasu Resorts in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a proactive Property Operations Lead to oversee daily operations across our luxury short-term rental portfolio. You will work with the Operations Assistant team and report to the Director of Hospitality Operations to deliver consistently high guest experiences.
You’ll audit processes, coordinate vendors, manage maintenance, and escalate risks while embedding ownership of both operational outcomes and guest satisfaction.
